About DigiSniper
Introduction
DigiSniper is a collection of like minded individuals who enjoy photography, learning about photography and sharing their knowledge on techniques and how to get the most out of your equipment.
Essentially it will be about Digital Photography, Digital Cameras and Digital Photo Editing.
We may possibly touch on old 35mm film cameras, medium format and large format at some time (which inevitably will be scanned in to the comp for distribution anyway).
Most of us have moved into the land of Digital SLR (A Nikon D70s in my case), but we all started with point and shoot models (Canon Powershot A70 for me). So we will be sharing our knowledge on techniques for those too.
We will be showing pictures, and more importantly how to take those pictures! These include macro work, food or product photography, portraits, landscapes and more.
Also of course the ever-important post processing in Adobe Photoshop, the market leader.
We will discuss other software like Photomatix (for HDR) and Paintshop Pro (my old favourite).
Hopefully we will enable you to take higher quality pictures and enjoy your camera more, plus offer some tips on how to perk up your pictures after.
